Gives a nice glow...Long term benefits idk

It definitely gives a nice glow after you take it off. I usually use it as spot therapy to reduce friction from acne or inflammation and it definitely helped with that - its too expensive to use on the whole face. However, it doesn't seem essential for 'glass skin' and definitely was marketed for unrealistic expectations so don't expect magic work with it.
